Meet your therapist

I’m Sophie Bezemer, a Dutch-trained psychologist with 4+ years of experience supporting people navigating life abroad, whether living overseas or traveling long-term.

I grew up in the Netherlands, lived in Southeast Asia, and am now based in Mexico City. I’ve moved countries, solo traveled, and built a life from scratch more than once. I know how good it can look on the outside and how different it can feel on the inside.

Most people who come to me have a good life on paper, but still feel stuck, anxious, or not like themselves. Maybe you’ve been feeling more on edge than you used to, feeling lonely, overwhelmed, or you keep running into the same patterns in relationships.
